They start off purple and they go through yellow to orange and red, when the plant is full of multicoloured pods it looks amazing.

Flavour wise: Crunchy and very seedy, crisp fresh taste with a slight tang/salty flavour, not very pronounced and light, quite nice actually.

All in all the Bolivian Rainbow Chili is a great little plant. It’s great for the space challenged because if you plant it in a smaller pot, it won’t get really big. If you love colourful peppers with a nice flavour and great mid-heat burn, then this would be one for you.
